How long does it take to ship my order?
Since all our products are made-to-order, we require a minimum of 15 working days to ship your product(s) nationally. For international orders, we require a minimum of 20 working days to deliver your package to your doorstep.
Do you ship free of cost?
For domestic orders across India, delivery charges do not apply. For international orders, we have a base fare on delivery. It can cost anywhere between INR 800.00 to INR 1200.00 (USD 10-15) depending on the kind of shipping process you choose. However, international orders amounting to over INR 15,000.00 (around USD 200.00) are shipped free of cost.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have purchased and confirmed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you haven’t received our email in your inbox, please check the spam folder in your email. If you are still facing issues, then please free to email us at email@example.com.
How do I track my order?

How many promotional coupons/codes can I use for my order?
You can only use one promotional coupon code per order. Promotional coupons/codes are only applicable on full-priced products.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes with respect to my order?
No. The price of the product(s) you pay at the time of checkout is inclusive of taxes. However, depending on the country the package is being shipped to any and all custom and duty charges are borne by the client.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No. You can always call or chat with us for any query that you may have. However, all orders must be placed through our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Since all our pieces are made-to-order, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy. In case of any unforeseen circumstances that the order needs to be cancelled, we would request you to drop us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your cancellation does get approved, then the amount for the same will be credited back to you in the form of a gift card which can be used towards any future purchases made through our website. Please note: if you plan to cancel your order, we request you to notify us within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made post 24 hours will be deemed ineligible.
Are products on sale eligible for returns/exchanges?
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product(s) received is wrong or damaged during delivery. In case of any returns, we request you to drop us an email with the first 3 days of receiving the product with your order number and reason for return.
Is my order applicable for an exchange?
Since we are a made-to-order and made-to-measure brand, a size exchange is not applicable until and unless the product received is wrong or damaged. If the product received is wrong or damaged, then the exchange needs to be filed via email within the first three days of receiving the package at email@example.com. If your exchange gets approved, then the new product will be shipped out to you after the wrong/damaged product is returned from your end. To avoid any size issues, we recommend that you go through our size guide before placing a standard-sized order. If our standard sizes do not work for your body type, then we would recommend placing a made-to-measure order instead. There are no additional charges involved for this service.
Is my order eligible for a return?

What are the modes of refund after cancellation or return?
In case of any return or cancellation, the order amount is credited to you in the form of a gift card which is valid for a period of six months and can be used towards purchasing any of the pieces on our website. We would suggest going through our size chart before placing any order to avoid returns or cancellation.
Who is responsible for the risks of returns processes or the general risks involved in the return of the product?
In case of any returns, the charges are borne by the client. We, at MANNAT GUPTA, are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit when you send the return through your own courier service provider chosen at your own discretion. Therefore, please use a reliable courier service to avoid the same (FedEx, DHL, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.).
Where do I send my return/exchange order?
